What do we need to put into Tembrel?

Your menu items, descriptions, availability and pairing choices. House notes add context about your business. Your team can review the guest experience in Admin before it goes live.

Is every recommendation AI-generated?

No. Team-authored pairings and rule-based suggestions are separate from AI-assisted menu questions and expanded answers. The pairing shown above uses the team’s own wording.

How does it handle allergies and uncertainty?

Tembrel can surface the dietary information in your menu and direct guests to your team. AI answers can be wrong. Your staff must confirm allergy and food-safety questions; Tembrel does not certify a dish as safe.

Does it replace our ordering system?

No. Tembrel supports the guest’s choice inside your existing website or app. Your ordering system continues to handle the basket, payment and checkout.

Can we connect our point-of-sale system?

Completed-order data can inform recommendations. Connector availability and setup need to be confirmed for your setup; we do not promise a ready-made connection to every provider.
